If we want to be reminded about what happiness looks like, all we have to do is go to the park and watch a child at play. Here is a great example of being “in the moment!” Innocent, loving, sweet – that’s how happiness feels. It is a wonderful thing to be child-like… Children know that there is a lot to be happy about without even thinking about it.
