Bruschetta
INGREDIENTS: |
8 large, ripe, plum (roma) tomatoes, chopped 16 large basil leaves, fresh, finely shredded 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
INSTRUCTIONS: |
Combine all of the above ingredients, and serve with toasted rounds of baguette bread. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or top with toasted pine nuts if desired. |
